Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-volume recruiting team. The TA Partner will be a thought partner regarding best practices in recruiting and hiring technical staff. We are looking for someone who can recruit, source and guide hiring leaders to make strong hiring decisions. Maintain focus on timeliness and execution of tasks and deliverables every day. Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done.
You will support our technical organizations for our Spaceline Operations in New Mexico, including, but not limited to: Flight Maintenance, Mission Operations and Technical Operations teams.
Work Schedule: Hybrid 4 days a week onsite and remote on Friday in Las Cruces, New Mexico with 1 – 2 days a week in Truth or Consequences, our Gateway to Space location.
Responsibilities
- As a TA Partner will guide hiring leaders through the recruiting and hiring process with consistent communication regarding process, progress and candidates
- Partner with hiring leaders to conduct intakes, build and execute effective, robust sourcing and recruiting strategies to provide strong talent
- Utilize sourcing tools for extensive recruiting and sourcing efforts to find difficult skillsets for our Aerospace maintenance and mission operations teams
- Identify, qualify, interview and provide highly qualified candidates to hiring leaders
- Recruit talent with a focus from non-exempt technicians, exempt technical staff and leadership roles spanning multiple disciplines
- Salary negotiations and closing candidates while adhering to our compensation structure
- Assist leaders to create diverse interview panels
- Training and guiding hiring leaders to use behavioral based interview techniques to ensure we are making thoughtful hiring decisions.
- White glove candidate and hiring leader engagement throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Partner with key stakeholders in the hiring and onboarding process, including but not limited to Hiring Leaders, People Business Partners & People Operations teams
- Work collaboratively to achieve goals and/or complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to set directions and guidelines from team leader to support collaboration across teams to complete project
- Attend career fairs and create relationships with local trade and technical schools in the local market
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment
- 2-3+ years in aerospace or aviation technician /technical recruiting with a deep understanding of the talent market
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate talent acquisition environment
- Proven experience in forging dynamic relationships with hiring leaders and strategic partners throughout the organization
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting with the ability to attract talent and develop relationships with candidates
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and experience working in a regulated environment, adhering to corporate compliance and fair hiring practices
- Possess the ability to effectively prioritize and produce results within set timelines
- Ability to work cross functionally with various stakeholders & leaders throughout the organization
- Ability to operate efficiently within our TA systems and have strong experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SuccessFactors (SAP) and Phenom CRM Experience a Plus
- Demonstrate willingness to adjust thinking and behavior
- Ability to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideas

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,650.00–$124,600.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
