As Sr. Manager, Consumer Campaign & Communications, you'll sit at the intersection of comms, community, and sales. You'll build the campaigns, messaging, and content plans that bring people into the community, and move people through the community from discovery to consideration – supporting our sales teams conversation strategies. Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done.
The ideal candidate understands both the art of brand storytelling and the mechanics of sales enablement. You're as comfortable writing a community post as you are a pitch deck, as you are analyzing the journey and behaviors of hundreds of thousands of Virgin Galactic fans.
The ideal candidate has a passion for consumer behavior, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer-facing marketing campaigns that directly support sales objectives.
- Manage brand fan and enthusiast community engagement.
- Create top-of-funnel content that converts interest into genuine consideration.
- Support sales enablement materials: video briefs and scripts, one-pagers, talking points, email journey copy, portal content management.
- Build prospect-facing communications and campaign content in close partnership with the sales team.
- Support 360 communications campaigns to provide prospect specific content plans around partnership activations and commercial moments.
- Manage and nurture content based on data driven insights from lead-gen campaigns.
- Ensure brand voice and narrative remain consistent from first fan interaction through to close.
- Measure campaign performance; track and report on engagement, campaign performance, sales uplift and, reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen campaign positioning.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years and a Master’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 6 – 8 + years in marketing communications, sales enablement, community, or campaign roles.
- Demonstrated experience building or working with brand communities and advocacy programs.
- Exceptional writing across formats, from community posts to video briefs and scripts.
- You understand the fan-to-prospect journey and know how to design for it.
- Comfortable working closely with sales and commercial teams; you speak both languages.
- Energized by a brand with a genuine fanbase and the ambition to activate it.
- Demonstrate willingness to adjust thinking and behavior.
- Ability to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideas

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $121,650.00–$185,625.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
